AUS Daily Call Report
The Daily activity sheet is filled in by all Sales Representatives/ Managers and measures the types of activities carried out each day by sales personnel. It is a great time management tool for the representative and lets the Sales Manager and State General Manager gain an insight into the efficiency of the department. This is a branch internal report. AUS Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) The WAR is completed weekly by the sales representative and highlights their sales activity for the week by potential customer visits and any other activities relevant to sales activity. War report Week 39.xls AUS Sales Forecast Report The purpose of the AUS Sales Forecast is for the sales department to identify potential customers by main product categories by value and month of potential installation. This allows the sales department and State General Manager to measure sales activity against the annual sales budget. The AUS Sales Forecast Report is completed weekly by the sales department, reviewed by the State General Manager and then emailed to AUS Head Office by no later than 12.00 each Friday. NSW Sales Report 2011 2012.xls AUS Sales Performax The AUS Sales Performax Report measures actual installed customer revenue against the sales representative’s sales budget. It measures both dollar and % value against budget by week, month and perpetual to date. The AUS Sales Performax Report is completed weekly by the sales department, reviewed by the State General Manager and then emailed to AUS Head Office by no later than 12.00 each Friday. They are created annually in conjunction with the Branch and Head Office management team and form the basis of sales strategies for the next 12 months. The plans are reviewed and updated as a minimum monthly by the Branch and Head Office management team.
