AUS Sales Forecast Report
The purpose of the AUS Sales Forecast is for the sales department to identify likely potential customers by main product categories by value and by the month of potential installation. This allows the Sales Department and State General Manager to measure sales activity against the actual results achieved and the annual sales budget. The AUS Sales Forecast Report is completed weekly by the Sales Department, reviewed by the State General Manager and then emailed to AUS Head Office by no later than 12.00 each Friday. The top panels shows an example of the Sales Persons Forecast of the Direct Exchange accounts expected to be gained and the expected revenue. This is updated each weeks end. A similar sheet is used for Delayed Exchange Prospects. The 2nd Panel shows the actual accounts gained and their expected revenue. This is also updated each week. There are similar input panels for all Sales Team members. |
The information from the whole branch teams forecast and actual sales are amalgamated into the format shown on the lower two panels. This Branch Report is then sent to the State General Managers and National Support Centre for analysis.
