Australian Uniform Service was formed in 2001 to meet the garment rental needs 
of customers throughout the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. Subsequently this incorporated 
laundries in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, all of whom have been in the business of
supplying uniform rental programmes for over 20 years.

Australian Uniform Service is under the direction and operated by a 4th generation launderer whose family has been in the laundry industry for more than a century.
 The family ran operations in both Australia and New Zealand.

business specialises in uniforms for everything from heavy engineering to food services and

 Uniform Rental Program

Delivery System:

Deliveries will be once a week or an agreed basis at which time clean garments will be
delivered and soiled garments collected for cleaning, at the same time we can also collect 
and exchange any towels, tea towels, cabinet towels and mats that are on a rental system.

Staff Turnover

Where staff leave it is a simple matter of obtaining all the uniforms off the departing staff
member and informing our delivery person. We will then remove the charge from the weekly
invoice. Similarly with new staff you simply notify us and we will arrange to obtain the sizes
from the new staff member and supply the uniforms as soon as possible

Repairs

Australian Uniform Service will inspect all garments at the plant and make repairs and
replacements as required.

To assist in the maintenance of the garments, customers can inform the service person of any
repairs that need completing. These will be given to the repair section and returned to you the
following week.

Dependable repairs/alterations

Each individual using our garment system will be measured and sized to ensure that all
garments are fitted correctly. If necessary garments will be altered to make sure they are
correct. Garments will be constantly maintained, any repairs and replacements are
just carried out automatically as a regular part of the rental service.

Monograms

Special monograms and completely co-ordinated outfits say a lot about your company while
ensuring easy identification and security. Company and name emblems are an essential part
of a uniform program.

On Time deliveries

All garments are delivered on time, either hung or folded.

Quality and Safety

All garments are cleaned using commercial/industrial detergents ensuring a high quality
hygienic clean.

You have no capital outlay; we supply and maintain the clothing and issue garments when
your work force expands or changes
