AUS 12/24 Month Service Agreement
The AUS 12/24 month Service Agreement is used specifically for Direct exchange only customers who will not sign
a 36 month contract. It should only be utilised after attempting to persuade the client to enter into the Standard Service Agreement.
It has much the same terms as the 36 month contract.
